Stupid me just checked the title which calls this wearable blanket “organic cotton.” I mean, organic cotton means organic cotton, RIGHT?NO!!! 1st off, it’s 26% recycled polyester – many studies on recycled plastic show it releases more chemicals than new.2ndly, as another reviewer posted, it has this HUGE tag as if it was a sofa stating that it’s 100% polyester, along with a standard tag stating the 74% organic cotton.I have never seen such a tag on a sleep sack, which tells me that it is rated as a blanket, which means that it might just have been treated with scary chemicals in order to meet fire retardant laws to boot! Besides which who wants to figure out how to get that tag cut off from inside the stitching?! This is NOT a sofa after all!Finally it reeks of chemicals/strong perfume that I’ve never had on any other cotton baby item from anyone. Which makes me only more suspicious of what’s reall in it, and on it!I’m not bothering to find out how the company wants to explain the inconsistency between the two tags or the smell. I’m returning!In terms of the item itself, it seems to be very warm, like sweater material, soft, well made zipper and I love this design!But please spare yourself. HonestBaby sells a real high quality version of this same design, which is more versatile and breathable, without the tag, without the smell and real 100% organic cotton for about the same price called “Matelasse” and also some lighter cotton ones, those run a tad small. I also have a BubblePanda bamboo that is so soft it’s incredible.In short you have excellent, well-made options in the same style that aren’t tricking you for about the same price – I don’t recommend this at all!

My daughter wears this every night to bed. Affordable and good quality!!
