Great baby gate
Love this baby gate! It does the job we need it to while still allowing our cat to slip underneath without breaking it. Itâs sturdy enough that our child can stand up and lean against it. The lock feature is great! I would highly recommend!
Does the job
We didnât read this thoroughly before purchase, thinking it would be suitable for drywall. In any case we tried to drill and where we wanted it the drill didnât go through and so we ended up using the stick on anyway. Itâs surprisingly sturdy no signs of coming off. I think the recommendation for no drywall is you will most definitely cause damage when you remove it but we would have to patch the holes for the drilled one anyway. We will most certainly be using this for 5-7 years so a good investment. I especially like that this works well for my area which isnât a typical opening. Also this works well since we really did not want to drill into our railing. We did however install it a little too high but our little one hasnât figured out how to get under and definitely wouldnât fit soon so Iâm happy with it.I do wish however the fabric part was more taut. I find that once you accidentally lean on it or baby pushes it the fabric does seem to become wavy and not as aesthetically pleasing.Overall I would recommend this product as it is easy to hide when you donât need it, easy to remove off the wall quickly and like others have mentioned the lock/release button is out of reach for little ones.I should mention I would not recommend this for a top of the stairs placement.
Love It!
We love this gate! We use it in an area where we have 2 door and mounted it so it could be used on either door way, it works great and rolls up nice and contained when not in use. If you need to remove it totally it is easy to take off.
Do not buyâ¦
The 1st clip broke in a month & a half . The 2nd clip was broken after another month. Waste of money , not at all durable..Not strong enough for the purpose mentioned. Also the sticky part (instead of screwing) come off easily from the surface of wall or stairs.
Fits and works
I bought this for my friendâs house where I will board my dog for 3 weeks in August. She just installed yesterday. She said it was easy to set up and easy to use. The adjustable width gave her more options where she could put up. It is punch-free but stays sturdy. She likes the one handed lock and unlock with a safety lock.I am happy my friend likes this product. Hopefully it helps and she will have good time with my dog when we are away!
Have Drywall-YOU need Drill
Looks great-as soon as opened it was clearly labeled that drill and wall punches were needed. Np super clear in the ad (in my opinion) or on the boxâ¦states if you have drywall (many home have) you will have to drill. Not a big deal-just wasnât sure why it was making this product seem hole/punch and drill free when for any wall types it would be required.

Donât stick this to painted drywall or will peel off, works great on wood and the provided screws work well on drywall at a stud – great baby gate that is attractive and doesnât cause a tripping hazard when not in use
Not good for pets
No matter how taut, cats were able to squeeze under the material gate. Adhesive gave out quickly. Easy to install but ended up returning since it didn’t do the job. Maybe works better for larger dogs and kids.
