We have north star double hung windows . After many different products to try and limit how far the window can open ( toddlers in the house ) we finally got theseOverall a really good product .They stick to the frame of the window , so when you slide the window up or down it gets stopped.We did two per window and happy with the result

My window slid right up over them so didn’t work unfortunately. Easy to install but not worth the money.
I like this because they are easy to install.You can remove them if you need to and move them to a different place. Very secure.Good value for your money.
Bought this for my younger cousin who just got her own apartment. So easy to install and even easier to remove! No damage which is perfect for rentals. The quality is perfect for how much they cost. They also don’t make it hard to open and close the windows!

I rarely write poor reviews but these simply did not work, so I am making an effort to do so here because these were useless.. Adhesive was good unfortunately so I now get the privilege of scraping that off. My toddler could still open the window without effort. The window would easily slide right over it. Nothing I have purchased has been this inadequate for childproofing.
