I think this is an accurate thermometer
This review concerns the light blue Vicks Non Contact Infrared Body Thermometer I purchased a few weeks ago. The model number on the box is REF VNT275CA.Unfortunately, I cannot vouch for the thermometerâs accuracy as I have not had any occasion to test it for fever since my purchase or to test it against a doctor’s own thermometer. However, as far as ease of use is concerned, it is very simple to use. I personally prefer keeping my thermometer preset to its âbodyâ mode so that, when itâs time to use it, I just pick up the thermometer, place the measuring end about one inch from my forehead and press the trigger. The temperature measurement appears on the dial two seconds later and, so far, all the test readings I have obtained have been between 97.7 and 98.6. I am not a member of the medical profession but, as far as I know, these numbers appear to me to be within normal day-to-day body temperature variations for a fever-free person.I read many reviews for digital thermometers before purchasing this one and I ordered the Vicks model because it seemed to me its reviewers had fewer complaints about wildly inaccurate measurements. In the few weeks Iâve owned my thermometer, its measurements have never varied wildly and, because they have been rather consistent day-to-day, my impression is that my thermometer’s measurements are accurate.

Do not waste money on this product.it last only 2and half months.and it stops telling the body temperature

It was easy to measure without any set up . I found it easier than ear probe we been using for years . Point shoot and read numbers with color grading
Happy with the purchase
I found it easy to use and accurate, was using on my dog to detect imminent labour. Tested on myself each time to ensure accuracy and then used on pups ear. Was great.
Not that accurate
The thermometer is really inaccurate, it kept on showing my temperature as 98.6 when actually it was 101. I also have a Baurer temporal thermometer and thats pretty accurate.
