Disconnects Often
Please dont bother with this camera. connecting with the app is a game of chance, and when it agrees to connect, it takes ages to actually connect. Even when it eventually does connect and you have to close the app for any reason, reconnecting takes even longer. It’s no use!
Camera, usage?
This was a challenge trying to setup. All connections must be off and cellphone must be in airplane mode to connect.That’s truly bizarre. It means it’s overriding my settings which frustrated me.It should hook up to WiFi or Bluetooth normally.The app has a screen that lacked a remove tutorial screen.Day time color is good, but had difficulty setting up night vision correctly to work. It was just a blurred image Showing with too many pink hues.Software updates weren’t being offered on specific models.I’ve bought home cordless phones from this company and never had any issues.I don’t actually know what the problem was for me. I packed the unit back into the box. It’s not being used currently.I might attempt another try, in awhile.
Wonât stay on
Picture quality is great but even connected to wifi in a home it wonât stay connected so camera just goes off. Not very comforting when you have a baby to watch. Tried it in multiple homes and various internet connections- same thing

Hard to install and conflict wifi and 3g
Don’t buy it
After 2 or 3 weeks of trying to connected, we ended up using a different app of our previous monitor, and after 3 months of “usage”, the camera either doesn’t load on the up or have a 10 seconds lag.Don’t buy it. Not worth it.

I tried to connect this,but it was still connected to the last account. Not happy customer
Mediocre camera
It has stability issues. We have excellent wifi and internet connectivity yet this camera seems to go on and off. It regularly freezes and we have to reboot it. The image and night vision is good. It is also a product at “end of life” so it does not receive any software updates/fixes.
