Works well
I bought two of these, one for my place and one for my parents place and they work. Tells a pretty accurate room temp, and is easy to keep an eye on the baby. Stays charged the whole day. I recommended to a friend because for the price itâs worth it.

I really like this baby camera/monitor. Sometimes it freezes and glitches but like the booklet said maybe its the signal or the way the camerais set. So I hope it last me for another 6 months. Other than that I think it’s a great device. No other concerned.

I love this monitor!! Super easy to use, it does the job well. I was surprised by the range!!! We live on a farm and while my newborn was napping, I could go out in the yard and do chores, without losing sight of him, thanks to this monitor system!!
Cheap Quality, Stopped charging after 2 months
Started off great, but after two months the unit stopped charging. Tried different charging cables and nothing. Never dropped, just stopped working.
Excellent Customer Service
We love this monitor – It’s really simple to setup, no wifi or apps. The video and audio quality is good, even the night vision is decent. On these hot summer days, I like that it tells the temperature. It’s pretty inexpensive compared to similar products on the market.There was an issue with our charging cord and we reached out to Vtimes directly. They responded immediately and replaced the entire unit! I was really impressed with the quality of customer service, 10/10.
Great and clear baby monitor
This baby monitor has amazing picture quality – u can see if the baby is breathing well and if their eyes are open or shut. Goes colour when light is on and black/white when light is off. Overall, this baby monitor makes life easier. The charger did break and we contacted customer service for a replacement right away. I recommend this baby monitor greatly!! 10 stars!

We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didnât run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I donât have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things werenât working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. Iâve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.
I use this to monitor my puppy when heâs in his crate. It allows me to know when heâs crying and needs to be let out! It was very easy to connect – just plug it in! The picture is clear enough to see what my puppy is up to, but by no means anywhere close security camera quality. You canât make out any details, but I am able to tell if heâs sleeping, moving around, playing with a toy, etc. but cannot see if he has something in his mouth, has his eyes open, etc. My main criticism of this monitor is it doesnât work well in MEDIUM light. It works good when I turn on all the lights, and it works good at night with the night vision, but in medium light conditions, like during the day when the windows are open but lights are off, it is very hard to see. I wish you could manually turn on night vision mode, but this doesnât seem to be an option.It has fine audio, and I really like that has a battery so I can unplug and take it around the house if needed.

Update to my original review. The company instantly reached out to me about the monitor that we got that stopped working and sent us a replacement that arrived in just a couple of days. We have been very pleased with the first monitor we got for our daughter and customer service was very prompt in helping us get a replacement for our baby.This is the second one we got for our infant, have one in our daughters room and it works great. The one we got for our infant all of a sudden stopped working. The screen is frozen, wonât turn off, and thank goodness we could still hear the baby crying when we were downstairs. And with his I have also had an issue with the connection going out or being out of range from literally 1 room away (maybe 10 feet away max)
We have purchased these cameras and monitors twice now after having another baby. I originally had bought a monitor from vtech for $130 and honestly they are very similar in comparison. The vtech is obviously easier to see the picture on the monitor but this one works great and easy to use. The price is something you canât beat! Thanks for a great product
