Good camera and reasonable price
I am using this camera for one month now.Day and night video is very clear and two way sound is a very useful feature.It is easy to set up.I checked other cameras including blink but the main reason to by REOLINK was the continuous video stream which blink and other cameras do not provide. No need to buy subscription but I think it is available.There is slot for SD card incase recording is required and can replayed with in application.It can tilt up /down and left right giving you a better view of whatever you are watching.All in all a very good quality camera with budget price.

I love this camera. Has so many useful features. I had a small problem with the camera after the warranty expired but worked with the customer service team and they were wonderful. Immediate responses to my many inquiries. Will be purchasing more!
Super easy to set up, speaker is only “okay”
Like the title says – set up was easy, download the app on your android or ios device, follow the prompts and you’re up and running. You can set up your camera to link it to your google or apple account, but i don’t think it’s really as “smart home” as it may seem – I’m still figuring that out. Otherwise, you can opt-in for cloud storage and there’s a free 1gig plan (monthly) you can get so that’s nice. If you turn motion detection on, you’re going to fill up your cloud storage really fast if you’re staying home unless you turn the sensitivity right down, so I recommend only turning motion-detection on when you’re going out.the range is amazing – 355 degrees is like having eyes on the back of your head, plus the up/down is pretty great too.i have a fibre internet connection and a compatible monitor – i have the 3MP version and when i click “high” quality the stream hangs with that little “loading” icon, but that could be my phone (it’s not super new), but the low quality stream is great.only other downside was when i saw how fat i really was, staring at the stream on my phone while on the sofa.otherwise, you can’t beat the value for the money.TLDR;Set up is incredibly easy – as long as you have an android or ios deviceMotion detection can be set too sentitiveSpeaker is a bit crackly, not fantastic, but does work.image quality is good, even on low355 degree sweep is fantasticI am fatter than I realized
Excellent Affordable Security Camera Solution
We have been using ReoLink for a number of needs, varying from remote monitoring of machinery, and engine rooms, to security.IMAGE QUALITY: ExcellentFEATURES: Covers all that we need, incl. two-way comms, setting privacy sectors, screen sections to be excluded from motion detection, etc.INSTALL: The install process is very easy (if you posses working knowledge of basic computer skills and e.g. setting a password on a WiFi network). The cameras come with good features to control and manage what they need to do. Sharing a camera access is as easy as scanning a QR Code using the ReoLink App.CLOUD: Well organized. The thing I like best is that it only uploads 15sec to 60sec when motion is detected. Ideal, as it keeps your data consumption very minimalSUPPORT: This is one of the big things for me, as I judge a company on how they deal with people. I had needs for support over time, but it has always been excellent.Warmly recommended.WARRANTY: After purchase was offered a 2 yr + 6 months warranty. Cannot ask for more.Super happy with ReoLink.
Amazing camera for the value! Excellent night vision. Ultra-sensitive motion detection.
Camera was very easy to set up out of the box. Connected to my Wifi (note: supports 2.4Ghz only) with no issues. Picture quality is fantastic for the price. Can see 60% of my apartment without panning with the wide angle lens. Pan/tilt is smooth and quiet. Pan controls are a little laggy but I’m not directing a movie with it and don’t need to be panning around the room at lightning speed so this doesn’t bother me at all. Night vision is crisp and clear. Perfect for viewing a full apartment or one very large room (two-car garage). Affordable price makes it easy to purchase multiple cameras and linking them through the Reolink app is simple and easy. Will definitely be getting more when I get myself a house.
BUYER BEWARE – Reolink network infrastructure inconsistent for live viewing-
Would give a 0 but no option. Will change rating if Reolink network improves.The only way to view cameras live is via Reolink app and their infrastructure. Last few months to access cameras through reolink infrastructure using PC/mobile apps has been about 5% up of the time. I’m assuming the company is having financial issues to a point where they are not upgrading their infrastructure and/or apps. DO NOT BUY unless they allow 3rd party apps to access the cameras. Iâve tested thoroughly with various cameras at different physical locations on different networks- without reliable live viewing, the camera is somewhat useless. Cameras do work because although I can not view live, and I have different models that worked well before. I still get email security message sent out from each camera, but just no live viewing. Therefore Reolink network infrastructure canât handle the work load it seems.
Works Okay. Motion Detection is Weak.
Works okay. WiFi okay but the motion detection or PIR is weak and slow to react and for animals on the porch it usually misses the motion unless really really close to the camera or motion is really slow, even for large objects like people. Also, close up focus use is poor to monitor a fuel gauge for example. No variable focus unfortunately. I rarely use these now due to only mediocre performance. All my Reolink WiFi cameras are much worse than the PoE versions. Not Recommended except for large object indoor or wide angle monitoring and not motion detection.
