I tried taking my newborn’s temperature with another thermometer (one not specifically for infants) and it took far too long. This thermometer is great as it takes just a few seconds when taken via the armpit (I haven’t tried any other method), so even if he’s fussy or crying due to discomfort, it’ll be quick. It’s simple to use too – hold the button to turn on, insert into armpit, then it beeps when done.

Folds up nicely to fit in a diaper bag/first aid kit. Temperature comes up quickly and easy to read.

Correct sans plus. Détecte rapidement la température 90% du temps, mais des fois il est tellement rapide que je doute de la véracité du résultat! Le bouton est difficile, ça prend des petits doigts!

8 Second Read!
The first thermometer I bought and used for the first year of my babyâs life took ONE WHOLE MINUTE to obtain a reading. One minute!! Thatâs a long time to hold down a squirming, sad baby. This sucker takes 8 seconds. My life has changed for the better. Iâve probably taken my babeâs temperature 5x more in the past 2 months than I did the first year of his life out of mere ease of use. I love this little thermometer.
Enjoy it’s simple architecture
I’ve been really happy with this thermometer. I read so many reviews from so many other thermometer products and felt overwhelmed, so I enjoy the simplicity of this product. I can’t confirm its accuracy because we haven’t needed to go to the Doctor’s. We’ve only tested it out on our little one at home so we have no way of making sure it stacks up to hospital grade thermometers, but the hospital will do a rectal reading anyways and we will only do under the arm with this one.
